This is something that most of the forums I've been to have one of these and it seems to be effective.


I've been feeling like I want to drop my cell phone into a toilet and go to an island for a week. My head wants to explode and I feel like if someone looks at me wrong I'll turn them to stone. So much going on in my life that I keep thinking "Next month it will get better...next month it will get better...next month, next month, next monthnextmonthnextmonth !@!@#%^&^%*&^%$^@!!!!"

It's always freaking next month but nothing good happens...

I'm sitting at my desk and I need to poop.

The toilets are frighteningly close to my office though.

This angers me.

I try to select a client on our accounts production software. I type in the client ID from memmory. It goes *bong*. I resort to trawling though the dropdown list, find the client, check the ID. It's exactly what I typed in.

This angers me.

My wireless mouse is a hunk of crap. The wireless keyboard blocks signals to the pick up chargey base station thing. The base cant be moved becase of its stupidly short cable.

This angers me

I'm angry at bull -blam!- politics in the house I'm staying at now.


I wouldn't mind taking the person in charge and throwing them into a over sized wood chipper.

Hiya all, I'm Teasealot and something annoys me.

What really annoys me is all the Hollywood producers and screenwriters who think they can mess around with characters, settings and books which we all love. Small changes I can deal with, but when they cut out entire sections and characters, it makes me want to go to Hollywood and go clubbing... their heads with my warpick!!!!

Everything! Marvel comics, Lord of the Rings, Warhammer, Warhammer 40K, D&D, Star Trek, Star Wars, EVERYTHING!!! Soon they'll go back and rewrite all the cult movies (Like Evil Dead), books and comics to be utter trash and some thing best forgotten!!! That's why the Hulk was re-done. We all would like to just forget the existence of the first one.

And there aren't going to be any more Evil Dead. Here's why:

When doing a panel at a comic convention, Mr. Bruce Campbell himself was asked about a fourth Evil Dead. His answer was asking how many in the audience wanted the 4th Indiana Jones movie. About 3 people put their hands up. He said "There you go. That's why we stopped."

Ugh, I feel like the comic book store guy... but I'll be nice and hide spoilers.
Where to start?! ok, in the order in which I think them up:

Ok, it's a reboot, I was dubious of this but the franchise has been dying a slow death anyway so a reboot was kinda needed. Seeing as it's a reboot they get to redesign stuff. No problem with that but... come on there's some pretty crappy design choices, again, in no particular order:

Phasers with flippy ends! That just looked silly and we all know it.

The bridge of the enterprise, did they just get an apple designer and feed him nothing but coffee and amphetamines?

And I can see they were trying to make the lower decks look industrial and utilitarian but they took that a bit too far and compared to the upper decks it just looks like they blew the whole set budget on the bridge and had to rent out an oil refinery to film the rest in.

For now that’s the design annoyances, I’ll come back to that if I think of anything else.

Plot:

Are they trying to say that the reboot is due to the changes made in this movie? That seemed to be the point of some annoying exposition. That being the case, how did the destruction of the USS Kelvin lead to vulcans having red blood and the enterprise being built on earth?

I’ll admit that last one isn’t really important but it bothered me for a long time.

“Red Matter” either I’m missing some background or they just thought “Black-hole bomb” wouldn’t be scifi enough.

Moving on to minor annoyances:

If you’re going to do the fan service of showing him beat the kobiashi maru have him beat it the same way?

Kirk uses a Nokia. >_<

The token redshirt not even deploying his parachute. I half expected him to scream “Leeroy Jenkins”

Finally for now:
I can clearly see in my mind this discussion and I’d put money on it (or something like it) happening.

“Y’know what was funny, that bit in the movie with the whale where he said ‘wessles’”
“Yeah, lets put a big bit of dialog in with a funny accent”
“LOLYES”

Blinking food! It's too darn expensive! They tell us all to eat healthy, and avoid fatty foods, but HOLY POOP, all the healthy eating crud, is like, a third more expensive than normal food!

Yeah, It IS possible to eat healthy on a budget, but only if you want to live on gruel for the rest of your life.

Funk all these stores selling 'Healthy Living' crap, its bullpoo, most of it comes from the same darn factory as the normal stuff, but the lable justifies a 30% markup.

Makes me SO angry.

AND another thing. What is it with fat people/old ladies standing two or three abreast, and blocking the aisle? And if you try and get PAST, they look at you like you just pooped on thier shoes or something.

AARGH!
