Bungie's next game is going to be an MMO... http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/115/1153533p1.html
Why? Why does Activision need Bungie to make an MMO? Why are they doing that? Why do they think that's a good idea? Oh right, it basically prints money.

THQ thought it would be a great idea to release a bunch of balloons for a publicity stunt for Homefront. And of course, it back fires.

So, have my Shepard pretty much set for Mass Effect 3. Have him with a full Paragon and two Renegade bars, destroyed the Collectors' base, saved the Council, everyone survived the suicide mission, everyone is loyal, Cerberus hates my guts, the Illusive Man has his panties in a knot and...maxed out on my level. I think the only thing left is the Lair of Shadows DLC, but that can wait for a bit.
I'd do the little yell I did to a certain red haired user here, but it would go way beyond the PG-13 rating.
Suffice to say, I think I'm ready for this holiday season.

We have the physical copies, Steam activates and screws it up.

Hmm I was under the impression that there was a digital download on Steam and Windows Live handles the physical copies. Still, Steam should look into it for you guys. Did you set up a trouble ticket?

Re: Official Video Game Thread
Two things:
1) Select Resident Evil games are getting HD upgrades and will be available for download on XBLA and PSN with Resident Evil 4 having all of the bonus content from its previous iterations: http://ps3.ign.com/articles/115/1157430p1.html A thousand yeses to this.
2) In news people should have seen coming, Duke Nukem Forever has been delayed. https://twitter.com/#!/geoffkeighley/statuses/50901047203467264 I'm shocked, are you shocked? I am shocked.

Re: Official Video Game Thread
Well, ladies & gentlemen, Brink is getting released a week early. It is now being released on May 10th in the US and May 13th in Europe! I am sooooo glad I already have my pre-order paid off!
Bethesda/Splash Damage said the reason they've moved up the release date is because production finished sooner that they expected. I also have a sneaking suspicion that they didn't want to have to compete with LA Noire coming out on the 17th as well.
