Sweet. It's only the trial version though. Gotta see if I have the time and/or the money to get the full version.Blackwolf wrote:Expect a Evemail if I remember

Re: Eve Online
Well I just got screwed. It won't let me access the EVE application and there's no way to get to my account otherwise.

Can you clarify? Made sure its not already running? Restart your PC? Made sure the username and password is correct?
Remember, your login name is NOT necessarily the same as your character name!

No, the program isn't already running. Yes, I did restart my PC. Yes, my username and password are correct, but that doesn't matter since I can't access the application!

Re: Eve Online
I can't access it from the shortcut or my hard drive. I double click it but nothing happens. It's a .exe file so it should run but...

Re: Eve Online
Uhm. Vista.
Right click the .exe and set the compatability mode for XP if you have the option
Also make sure your up to date for drivers and windows.
Aside from that, not much I can think of. Anyone else run into this?

Re: Eve Online
Are the system requirements too high for your system?
And if the issue presists then send a e-mail to CCP and see if they can help.
Welcome aboard btw. Balor Haliquin at your service.

Re: Eve Online
hmmm. Try asking CCP for help. Something may have corrupted your copy. Some viruses like to do that.

Re: Eve Online
no you can set it up so you pay every 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 1 year. I think you save a good amount on the 3 month and a year is pretty cheep when you do the math of per month.

Re: Eve Online
To close a game or program that is open and taking up your full view hit Alt + Tab and it will minimize the current screen. Then i can chat here. The game or program will be in the menus at the bottom of the screen so click on it to open it back up.
