Caffeine! Energy drinks! Sugar water! Energy in liquid form. Quite a few people on the planet depend on the stuff. What do you drink? Why specifically that?
Personally, I drink water. Filtered water, nothing in it. Well, maybe ice, as I love the cold. And nothing else. Caffeine and energy drinks may be unhealthy for the rest of you, but they are extremely unhealthy for me. I am border-line diabetic and have hyper- something or another that makes me process sugars/stimulants way too quickly. A very small amount of caffeine gives me headaches. The one time I had a swallow of a caffeinated beverage (Mountain Dew, FYI), I passed out in under a half hour and woke up to throwing up. Great party.
So boo to coffee, energy drinks, and sugar.
