Re: Eve Online
One thing about the new patch I'm not too happy with, It would have been nice if if you had a rig bpo that you got the other sized ones.
Spent far too much time tracking down small/medium bpos....

I liked the warp drive graphics before the patch. Not that it really makes a difference in gameplay, but...

Re: Eve Online
Wait a week before going after the new rigs. Remember that the populace of eve is going to have to build them and put them on the market. There is no NPC corp making them. So I would wait and see where the market puts them as far as price. It takes a while but we could see small rigs as low as 500,000isk for the nice ones.

You gotta love Lasers for missioning, my current ship (the one we where discussing last night) No ammo expenditure, can repair any damage taken. So every ISK of payment, bonus & loot = Pure 100% profit. You gotta love that.

Welcome to the glorious guiding light of amarr ^^
Be aware that most mission rats are rather well tanked for EM/Thermal damage and thus are harder to kill. But the Abaddon just puts out so much damage that it really does not matter.

Glorius Guiding Light of Amarr, my furry butt! We are Caldari and see the profit margin for not having to pay for ammo.

Re: Eve Online
God how I hate NPC jammers. Spent 4 hours on a mission before giving up on it.
Several times, dewarped and was instanly jammed, I was down to 50% shields before I was able to target in return.
Due to the fact the mission dropped me almost in the middle of these guys, I wasn't able to use my range to nullify that.
Took out my furstations on the following mission by digging out a large smartbomb and blowing up a stations in a few minutes, my computer had a heart attack of epic proportions as half the station disappeared in a oner >

Re: Eve Online
Senor Boosters are the only counter to that crap. What you are seeing is the remnants of the days when sensor boosters did both locking time increase and sensor range decrease. Ever since several nerf and scripting that has changed for players, but NPCs still have the uber massive win sensor dampeners. A good wya of killing sensor dampening ships is drones, if they are set on aggressive they will go after things that are using EWAR on you first. Also F.O.F. missiles now do the same thing, primary the EWAR ships.
