Just to let you all know, wearing an eye patch does not automatically make you a pirate.

I think we can all see what happens when you make that mistake.

It does make you cool though.

I'm pretty sure all it does is make you half-blind, if you weren't already.

And screws up your depth perception.

And eventually wears a bald spot on your head.

Oh yeah. Cool.

Smoking makes you dead. Dosn't mean it's not also cool

I like how Zig is all "Uh, ok, whatever. I'm going this way now." Between him and Sid, they've handled ninjas, I'm sure they can take whatever Washe throws their way.

Pirates actually wore a patch so they had one eye accustommed to the dark. So when they had Night Watch, they would remove the patch and have reasonable night vision. It would have been the same for moving around below deck, not much light down there, so lift the patch and you can see (kinda).
This has been scientifically proven to work. Also tried it out myself... Yes, I have too much free time on my paws.
Though some of the pirates may have actually been missing an eye so actually wore one to hide the gaping hole in his/her head...

Also straight jabs are great for dealing with those annoying fanboys who make random unwanted comments at cons. Also used it myself to great effect. (The fanatic penguin dude I mention in the comments oncomic comes to mind... more than once.)

And smoking isn't cool. It's downright anti-social at times.

Smoking makes you the anti-cool, and not in a cool way.

Sadly I must agree with you here. Smoking makes girls taste bad.

Smoking's bad, mmkay. It stinks, smells, gags, and discolors... people should find something better to do than spend $5-$7 a pack for a habit made by addicting additives in tobacco. Have you ever tried raw tobacco? No, it's gross. They add a bunch of stuff to make it taste good. That's like... taking some poop and flavoring it and saying... guano al a mode. *Rant*

PS : I'll forgive Maxine because she's hot.
