    I dunno if you guys have seen this yet, listening to the anthropodcast reminded me of it. So excited.

    I'm with Flain... I've been sick of rubbery 3D things since Toy Story, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing some real animation again.

    incidentally, here's an amusing list of Disney Animated movies. Hopefully they'll be able to recover from the hole of "meh" that they've dug themselves into.

    Wait...Disney is actually going for a hand drawn animation film now....

    I think the kid in me is finally going to be happy again.

    I remember the high-ups of Disney saying, "We will never return to traditional-style animated films, as the people want digital animation for the new age!!" or words to those effects.

    ha. shows what the "high ups" know. Part of the appeal of animation, in my opinion, is the friendliness of it. if animation is too perfect (thanks to computers) it starts to feel plastic and... oh, what's that word... sterile

    That was Micheal Eisner. Whom, by the way, doesn't have that kind of control anymore.
